Kyaw Stainless, a top stainless steel electrode manufacturer and supplier in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, offers reliable and high-performing welding products like AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes. Designed to meet the strict requirements of industrial welding, these electrodes ensure strong and durable joints in martensitic stainless steels. Kyaw Stainless uses modern technology along with strict quality management to produce electrodes that perform well under tough conditions. Recognized throughout Myanmar’s construction, petrochemical, and energy sectors, Kyaw Stainless continues to support professionals who require consistency, efficiency, and toughness from their welding consumables.
AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes contain about 12% chromium, small amounts of nickel, and carbon below 0.12%, creating an air-hardening martensitic structure. They offer a high tensile strength of around 620 MPa, yield strength near 450 MPa, and elongation of 20%. The weld deposit shows good wear and corrosion resistance with high hardness (around 200-250 HB). These electrodes provide excellent arc stability, a smooth bead appearance, and easy slag removal, making them suitable for all-position welding of 12Cr stainless steels used in demanding and wear-prone applications.

Moderate corrosion resistance and are designed for welding stainless steel to itself or to carbon steel. They typically come in sizes like 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm), providing flexibility for various applications.
Excellent corrosion resistance, these electrodes are used for welding stainless steel components, especially in demanding environments. Common sizes include 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm). Their heavy coating ensures better arc stability and coverage.
Robust corrosion resistance and are suited for shielding gas protection applications. They are available in sizes such as 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm), offering reliable performance in various welding conditions.
AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes have a broad usage in power generation, petrochemicals, and automotive production industries. They are best suited to weld and fix 410 stainless steel parts, such as turbine components, furnace parts, and structural parts exposed to severe wear and heat. Their corrosion and hardness properties recommend them for use in overlay work on carbon steel and other materials. They are also used to make industrial blades, pump shafts, and pressure vessels that provide high-strength, resistant welds for critical applications needing superior performance.
AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes are designed for welding and repairing 12% chromium stainless steels used in turbine blades, valves, pumps, and chemical processing equipment. Their high hardness and corrosion resistance make them suitable for overlays and hard-facing applications. They are widely used in power generation plants, marine equipment, and oil refineries where resistance to oxidation and scaling is crucial. Post-weld heat treatment is advised to restore toughness and reduce brittleness, ensuring long-lasting performance in components exposed to both mechanical stress and moderate corrosion.
