Kyaw Stainless, a well-known stainless steel manufacturer and supplier in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, focuses on producing high-quality welding consumables like AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes. Renowned for precision engineering and reliability, Kyaw Stainless ensures each electrode meets international standards for performance and durability. With modern production facilities and a commitment to innovation, the company serves industries such as power generation, oil and gas, and petrochemicals. The E410NiMo-16 electrodes are made to provide excellent weld metal properties, ensuring strong corrosion resistance and durability in service, making Kyaw Stainless a reputable name in Myanmar’s welding material sector.
AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes contain balanced amounts of chromium (11.5-13.5%), nickel (3.5-4.5%), molybdenum (0.4-0.7%), and controlled carbon. The weld metal shows high tensile strength, hardness, and resistance to corrosion and oxidation. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 600 MPa, yield strength near 450 MPa, and elongation of 20-25%. The addition of nickel and molybdenum improves toughness and pitting resistance, making the electrode suitable for hard-facing and welding martensitic stainless steels used in high-stress situations.

Excellent corrosion resistance and are designed for applications requiring moderate to high tensile strength. They come in diameters ranging from 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm and lengths typically between 300 mm and 350 mm, making them ideal for thin-walled sections and precision welding.
Superior corrosion resistance, these electrodes are suitable for welding thicker sections and high-strength joints. Available in diameters from 3.2 mm to 5.0 mm and lengths of 300 mm to 400 mm, they are optimized for more demanding welding tasks requiring robust performance.
Exceptional corrosion resistance and are ideal for shielded arc welding applications. They come in various diameters, including 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, and 4.0 mm, with lengths of 300 mm to 400 mm, providing flexibility for various welding positions and joint configurations.
AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes have extensive applications in power plants, petrochemical, and marine engineering industries. They are suitable for welding and maintenance 410NiMo stainless steel parts, such as turbine blades, pressure vessels, pump shafts, and hydroelectric hardware. They offer good toughness and can be applied in applications that demand higher impact resistance, such as offshore platforms and chemical processing hardware. They are also employed in overlay welding on carbon and low-alloy steels to improve wear and corrosion resistance in harsh industrial environments.
AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes are commonly used for welding and repairing 13Cr-4Ni type stainless steels, turbine blades, pump shafts, valves, and chemical processing equipment. Their strong corrosion resistance makes them suitable for components exposed to mild acids, seawater, and high temperatures. They are also found in hydroelectric plants, power stations, and refinery equipment. With excellent weld metal toughness and scaling resistance, these electrodes perform well in both the fabrication and maintenance of hardenable stainless steels where high strength and durability are important.
