Our Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Fasteners are made up of 15–17.5% chromium, 3–5% nickel, 3–5% copper, 0.04% carbon, along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, and niobium. This precipitation-hardened alloy delivers a fantastic blend of high strength and corrosion resistance. The fasteners boast a tensile strength ranging from about 1000–1310 MPa and a yield strength of around 865–1170 MPa, depending on the heat treatment (H900 to H1150). They also retain excellent toughness and hardness while being resistant to stress corrosion cracking, ensuring top-notch performance in high-stress and corrosive settings.
