Kyaw Stainless stands out as a premier manufacturer and supplier located in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, specializing in high-quality Stainless Steel 316 Valves. Crafted from molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel, these valves boast remarkable resistance to corrosion, pitting, and crevice attack, especially in chloride and acidic environments. The 316 grade guarantees exceptional strength, durability, and reliability, even under high pressure and temperature. At Kyaw Stainless, we pride ourselves on delivering precision-engineered valves that meet international standards, ensuring they perform efficiently in demanding industrial settings. Our Stainless Steel 316 Valves are perfect for managing fluid flow in applications that demand high corrosion resistance and a long service life.
Stainless Steel 316 Valves are made up of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), and molybdenum (2–3%), with a carbon content of up to 0.08%. This unique blend offers outstanding resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and scaling, even at elevated temperatures. The alloy provides a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%, ensuring top-notch mechanical performance. With a hardness of about 80 HRB, Stainless Steel 316 Valves exhibit excellent toughness, ductility, and structural stability, even under varying pressure and temperature conditions.
