Kyaw Stainless, based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, provides top-performance Dairy Spray Balls for internal tank, vessel and piping cleaning in dairy and food processing facilities. Constructed for optimal fluid distribution and efficient cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycles, these spray balls are made from hygienic stainless steel construction, smooth finishes and rugged construction appropriate for repeated cleansing in milk and beverage processing. Kyaw Stainless manufactures these parts with care to provide effective cleaning coverage, minimal residue holdup and adherence to food-industry hygiene standards. With local manufacturing, customers enjoy customized solutions and quick supply.
The spray balls are made of corrosion-resistant low-carbon, high-finish quality stainless steel (usually 316/316L). Mechanical properties are tensile strength of about 550-650 MPa, yield strength of about 300-400 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. The parts are usually electropolished or passivated to provide smooth, cleanable surfaces and long-term durability in aggressive cleaning environments (alkaline, acids, steam). The construction provides consistent performance under pressure, least wear, uniform spray pattern and resistance to repeated cleaning cycles.

Dairy Spray Balls are commonly applied in industries that need efficient cleaning products for tanks and pipe systems. In the food and dairy industries, they help thoroughly remove milk, juice, and other liquid residues. Pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries utilize them in sterilization procedures, upholding stringent hygiene. They are also vital in breweries, beverage production, and chemical processing, where CIP systems play a central role in the contamination-free operation. Their effective spray patterns, resistance to corrosion, and maintenance ease make them a must-have for any application that demands dependable and hygienic cleaning solutions.
Widely used in dairy processing for their corrosion resistance and durability. Made from high-quality stainless steel 304, they provide effective cleaning and sanitation of equipment with their spray pattern. Their robust construction ensures long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with dairy processing systems, offering reliable cleaning and maintenance solutions. Constructed from stainless steel, they deliver a thorough cleaning action while withstanding the harsh conditions typical in dairy environments.
Engineered for optimal cleaning efficiency through their rotating mechanism, which ensures a comprehensive wash of the internal surfaces of tanks and vessels. Made from stainless steel, these spray balls provide excellent durability and resistance to corrosion.
Constructed from stainless steel 316, known for their superior corrosion resistance and strength. These spray balls are ideal for high-demand dairy processing applications, offering reliable and effective cleaning performance in aggressive environments.
Lower carbon content than standard SS 316, enhancing corrosion and stress resistance. They are perfect for use in dairy applications where high cleanliness and durability are crucial, ensuring long-term reliability.
Mounted securely and provide a consistent spray pattern for effective cleaning. Made from durable stainless steel, they are ideal for applications where fixed positioning is preferred, ensuring thorough sanitation with minimal maintenance.
Dairy Spray Balls are employed in the interior of milk storage tanks, fermentation tanks, mixing reactors, buffer tanks and piping manifolds in dairy, food processing and beverage factories. They enable cleaning-in-place (CIP) by producing a 360° spray pattern of cleaning fluid, providing complete interior coverage and elimination of residual product and biofilm. Frequently fitted in milk pasteurisation line, yoghurt vats, cheese vats and CIP return loops, these devices play vital roles in hygiene maintenance, product purity and regulatory needs. Kyaw Stainless’ spray balls provide effective cleaning operations, downtime savings and enhanced sanitary performance for Myanmar’s dairy industry.
