Our EP Elbows/Bends are made from high-quality stainless steel or alloy grades (according to project specification), with controlled chemical composition to achieve superior corrosion resistance, toughness and weldability. Standard mechanical properties are tensile strength in the range of 500-650 MPa, yield strength of about 300-400 MPa, and elongation of 20-30% based on grade. The smooth manufacturing process and precise bend radius control guarantee minimum thinning at the bend, even stress distribution and high dimensional stability — providing long-term performance improvement in pressure, temperature or corrosive media piping systems.
