The E309LT0‑1/T0‑4 flux-cored welding wire is produced according to the American Welding Society (AWS) A5.22 specification. It’s specifically designed for gas-shielded flux-cored arc welding (FCAW-G) of austenitic stainless steels and joints involving dissimilar metals. With a composition that’s perfect for chromium-nickel stainless and transitions between stainless and carbon/low-alloy steels, this wire ensures excellent arc stability, easy slag removal, and strong weld deposits. It’s an ideal choice for tough fabrication or repair jobs, providing a cost-effective solution for corrosion-resistant and dissimilar material welding.
