Stainless Steel 316Ti Stud Bolts are made up of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), and titanium (5×C min – 0.7% max). This unique blend offers remarkable corrosion resistance, especially against acids and chlorides. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 515 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa, with an elongation rate of 40%. Its hardness typically measures around 80 HRB. The titanium stabilization guarantees excellent weldability and maintains strength at higher temperatures, effectively preventing sensitization and intergranular corrosion in heat-affected areas during fabrication.
