Kyaw Stainless, a leading manufacturer and supplier based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, offers premium-quality Stainless Steel 304L Tubing designed for exceptional corrosion resistance, strength, and durability. Manufactured using advanced technology and high-grade materials, these tubes meet international quality standards for industrial and commercial applications. Stainless Steel 304L, the low-carbon variant of 304, provides superior weldability and minimizes carbide precipitation, making it ideal for use in corrosive and high-temperature environments. Kyaw Stainless delivers 304L tubing in various sizes, finishes, and specifications to serve industries such as petrochemical, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and marine engineering.
Stainless Steel 304L Tubing is composed of chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and carbon (≤0.03%), with controlled additions of manganese (≤2%), silicon (≤1%), phosphorus (≤0.045%), and sulfur (≤0.03%). The low carbon content ensures enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding or heat exposure. Mechanically, 304L tubing exhibits a tensile strength of about 485 MPa, yield strength of 170 MPa, and elongation of 40%. It also offers excellent ductility, toughness, and hardness, maintaining structural integrity across a wide temperature range, including cryogenic conditions.
