Stainless Steel 304H Pipe Fittings are composed of chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%), along with minor additions of manganese (≤2%), silicon (≤1%), phosphorus (≤0.045%), and sulfur (≤0.03%). The higher carbon content improves mechanical strength and thermal stability while maintaining corrosion and oxidation resistance. These fittings exhibit a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. They retain excellent toughness, hardness, and ductility, ensuring reliable performance under continuous service temperatures up to 870°C.
