Stainless Steel 309H Pipe Fittings mainly consist of chromium (22–24%), nickel (12–15%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%), along with smaller amounts of manganese (≤2%), silicon (≤1%), phosphorus (≤0.045%), and sulfur (≤0.03%). The higher carbon content boosts creep strength and temperature resistance, while the increased levels of chromium and nickel enhance corrosion and oxidation resistance. These fittings boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. They maintain excellent mechanical stability, toughness, and resistance to thermal fatigue, even when exposed to high heat for extended periods.
