Stainless Steel 304H Forged Fittings mainly consist of chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%), along with controlled levels of manganese (≤2%), silicon (≤1%), phosphorus (≤0.045%), and sulfur (≤0.03%). The increased carbon content in 304H boosts mechanical strength and creep resistance at high temperatures while still offering excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. In terms of mechanical properties, these fittings boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. They retain impressive toughness and hardness, even when subjected to temperatures as high as 870°C.
