Kyaw Stainless, a prime stainless steel consumable producer in Naypyidaw, Myanmar, provides premium quality AWS Class ER347 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wires and Rods. Engineered to weld stabilized stainless steels, these fillers offer superior resistance to carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion. Kyaw Stainless has rigorous quality standards to ensure maximal weldability, mechanical properties, as well as corrosion resistance. ER347 rods and wires are best suited for welding niobium- or titanium-stabilized stainless steels like 321 and 347 grades and are used in large scale in petrochemical, power plants, and food processing industries.
ER347 filler wires have chromium (18–20%), nickel (9–11%), niobium/columbium (8–10×C minimum), and low carbon (<0.08%). The weld metal has tensile strength of approximately 600 MPa, yield strength approximately 400 MPa, and elongation approximately 35%. The addition of niobium stabilizes the structure, inhibiting carbide precipitation and sustaining corrosion resistance after high-temperature exposure. The filler has fine mechanical stability, toughness, and protection against oxidation and intergranular attack in austenitic stainless steel welds.

Available in sizes from 1.0mm to 3.2mm, ensures excellent corrosion resistance and stability. Suitable for welding stabilized stainless steel in demanding industrial applications.
AWS Class ER330 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod is applied in applications where high-temperature oxidation resistance and thermal stability are necessary. It finds ample use in the petrochemical industry for furnace parts, radiant tubes, and heat exchangers. Aerospace and power generation industries depend upon it for turbine components and exhaust systems. Furthermore, it is utilized in heat treatment facilities for making furnace fixtures, baskets, and retorts. Its superior resistance to carburization and cycling temperature is the reason it is a sought-after material for welding in hostile environments.
AWS Class ER347 TIG and MIG filler wires and rods are mostly utilized for welding 321, 347, and other similar stabilized stainless steels employed in power and chemical plant equipment. They are best suited to be used in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and exhaust manifolds under high-temperature service. ER347 retains strength and corrosion resistance when exposed to heat for a long duration and is, therefore, appropriate for continuous high-temperature usage. It is commonly applied in food processing, aerospace, and petrochemical industries where mechanical stability and resistance to intergranular corrosion are paramount
